| Business Visa |
1) The applicant should have a valid passport.
2) One visa form duly filled.
3) Two (2) passport size photographs
4) Covering letter giving purpose of visit
5) Photocopy of the passport
6) Proof of sufficient funds to cover stay
in Angola.
7) Letter of invitation/business correspondence
from Angolan Associates is necessary.
Note:
Visa applications are referred to Angola
for which approval can take about 25 days
or more.
Visa is valid for two months and is issued
for a stay of 30 days with single entry.
Processing time is 72 hours after receiving
approval from immigration authorities in
Angola. |

| Work Visa |
For the purpose of employment in Companies
such as Diamond companies state owned companies,
private companies, mixes associations and
co-operatives:
1) Application of contracting entity (companies)
2) Two (2) recent coloured photographs.
3) Photocopy of the passport and of the
main pages and of those which contain information
of international travel.
4) Certificate of Educational or Professional
Qualifications duly transalated and attested
by MEA, Patiala House, New Delhi.
5) Police clearance Certificate or a document
from the Police Authorities from the area
of the concerned person which declares that
there is no criminal record as per
the law of the country of the applicant,
duly translated and attested by MEA, Patiala
House, New Delhi.
6) Declaration saying that he promises to
respect the Angolan laws.
7) Medical certificate duly attested and
translated.
8) Individual contract of work in duplicate.
9) Letter from the Ministry of Tutela with
a favourable opinion for the issue of the
Employment visa.

REQUIREMENT FOR WORK VISA
1) Two (2) copies of the
visa application form duly filled.
2) Two (2) passport size photographs.
3) Photocopy of passport, valid for a period
of atleast 18 months.
4) Medical certificates original , translated
and attested by MEA, Patiala House (Consular
Division) New Delhi.
5) Police clearance certificate original,
translated and attested by MEA, Patiala
House(consular Division) new Delhi.
6) Undertaking to respect Angolan Law
7) Graduation and Post graduation certificates
translated or attested true copies.
8) Employment agreement /contract from Angolan
Company
9) Covering letter from Angolan Company.
10) Certified copies of Instituto Do Investimento
Estrageiro
11) Certified copies of tax card
12) Copies of Diario Da Republica,iii series

| Residence Visa |
1) Visa application form to be filled in
Original and duplicate.

5) Police Clearance certificate which declares

New Delhi.
6) Affidavit certified by Notary of the
beneficiary promising to respect the Angolan
Law
7) Proof of funds for subsistence in Angola
8) Proof of existence of relations with
the national or foreigners residing in Angola.
